The CDI members undertake development programmes suited to the neds of the people in their work area. In general, these works can be grouped into six main programmes.
- Child Rights and Child Protection
CDI works with children in difficult situations, children on the street, children in domestic work, child labourers, orphans, trafficked minors, school drop outs, children with HIV/AIDs, children in slums, victims of conflict and violence and the differently able. CDI strives to secure the rights of these children and enable them to have a safe childhood and a secure future.
